Prisoners causing intentional freeday. Empty Prisoners causing intentional freeday.

A quick question, if a prisoner sneaks out of that cell where you can shoot down part of the wall and get through the vent, there's a button outside that if you shoot you can open the doors. If a prisoner does that before the warden has made any orders, is it intentional freeday?

It's a freeday, not intentional Freeday as a prisoner did it. He can be killed for going through there though, does that answer your question?
