Why would you be a good member of staff?: I'm always trying to be nice to people, and to make it fair for everyone. I'm loyal, and I can listen good.
[Roughly]When did you start playing UG?: I really don't know, I think like 2/ 1,5 months ago.
1[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: I would first indicate him/ her that he/ she is doing it, if he/ she continues I would gag him/ her for 10 minutes. If he/ she still continues after the gag, I would gag him/ her for 30 minutes etc.
2[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: If accidental, I would warn him/ her, and I would ask the persons he/ she RDMed if they want him/ her to slay him/her-self, if he/ she 'accidental' mass RDMS again, I would ban him/ her for 1 day/ a week. If he/she intentional mass RDM'd, I would give him/ her no warning, and ban him/ her for 1 week. If he/ she already got banned for mass RDM once, I would ban him/ her permanently.
3[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: I would give him/ her a warning, and ask the person he RDM'd if he/ she wants the culprit to slay. If he/ she accidental RDMS again, I would slay him/ her, without asking the person he/ she RDM'd.
4[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: Permanent ban without a warning.
5[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: I would reason with him/ her, and ask why he/ she acted like that. If I think it's unacceptable, and he continues being too harsh, I would report the person on the forums.
6[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: I would give him/ her a 2 day ban, without warning.
Do you promise to always be friendly to players and that being staff isn't just about punishing people?: Yes, of course.

How would you define a warning?

I would indicate on what they are doing, and why that is wrong. After I explained it, I would say that they deserve a certain punishment if they do it again.
