Why would you be a good member of staff?: First of all, I like the server so I dont want to harm or ruin it. Secondly, I like to keep the rules so I wont have any exeptions. Moreover I will ask the older Admins what to do if there is a hard situation. At the end I am too active exept weekends.

1[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: Gag for the rest of the round and if he insits mic spamming, I will keep gaging him.

2[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: It depents on what mass RDM is. If its accidental I will ban him for 1 day (but if I find out that the prisoners had get in front of him so they will save the prisoner who returns fire I will give them 14 hours ban), but if it is mass RDM by porpose I will ban him for 1 week, if he  mass RDM second time I will ban him 2 weeks and if he done it again I will ban him forever.

3[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: I will slap him (as a warning and I'll tell him what has he done and for what was the slap for) with no damage and if he do it again i will slay him.

4[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: I will ban im for 1 week (i dont think he will return cause hackers usually never return from bans) but if he returns and hack again i will ban him forever

5[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: If a staff member is being too harsh i will tell him to chill out and i will inform the other Admins and of course leaders and co-leaders.

6[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: 2 day ban and if he do it again I will ban him for 3 days.
