Why would you be a good member of staff?: I believe that I would be an excellent member of staff as I don't just act straight away if somebody has a problem such as rdm, I'd ask for both sides of the story before making a judgement on how to punish the person if they need to be punished.
[Roughly]When did you start playing UG?: Roughly, I started playing on Unknown Gaming around Christmas time (25th December)
1[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: If somebody was mic/chat spamming, it is Gag/Mute, A gag is when you temporarily prevent somebody from using the in-game microphone. A mute is when you prevent somebody from talking through the in-game chat. Depending on how bad the spam is, that would edit how long they would be Gagged/Muted for. If it were swearing and harassing somebody, then until the map changes. If it were for playing music, 2 or 3 rounds.
2[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: If somebody Mass RDMs, I would ban them depending on why they did it. If it was Intentional, it would be a 1 week-a Permanent ban depending on severity. And if it were Accidental, I would ban them for a single day.
3[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: If somebody accidentally RDMED a prisoner, I would warn them not to do it again as it was just an honest mistake. But they have to prove that it was an accident, otherwise I would take it as normal RDM. If it was accidental but repeated, then it shall be a slay.
4[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: I'd say that hacking is not welcome in any kind of gaming environment. And as it says in the Offenses and Punishment guide, hacking on Unknown Gaming results in a Permanent Ban
5[DETAIL]:What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: If I saw another member of staff being slightly or way too harsh, I'd inform them and then tell them to undo what they did wrong and possibly correct the ban to its correct length for the in-game crime.
6[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: If somebody intentionally rdms a prisoner, like it states in the guide, it is a 2 day ban for the prisoner. However, if they RDM another prisoner after, 2 more days are added on each time until it turns into mass rdm. Which in my case is  or more rdmed prisoners as 3 rdmed prisoners is a 6 day ban and if you kill one more prisoner to make it 8 days, you'd be going over the ban time for mass rdm.
Do you promise to always be friendly to players and that being staff isn't just about punishing people?: Yes, I promise. I will not take advantage of being staff, and I will treat all players with respect.
Do you understand the responsibility of being a staff?: Yes I do. The responsibility is to ensure a fun, safe and time-passing game to keep all players entertained and happy whilst they play on Unknown Gaming.
Have you read the Offenses and Punishment guide?: Yes, I have read the Offenses and Punishment guide. To prove it: Illegal Spray=Permenant Ban, Harassment=Mute/Gag and KOS camping- Slay.

Then I would threaten to report them on this forum if they don't. If they still don't edit the ban, then I would go right ahead and report them on the forums.

Your being way to specific with bans (Adding 2 days etc.) It's either mass RDM or not. However you will have a very good chance if you re-appeal in 2 days.
I am making Mass RDM a permanent ban now.

Chickens I do believe that's really unfair. Last app you said it doesn't flow and wasn't detailed. However now you're saying the opposite. This isn't fair at all Chickens, I disagree completely; I still would if he wasn't related to me too.

Oh come on really? First you were telling me that I need to add more detail and make it flow more. So I did. And now you're denying me again for listening to what you wanted me to do? Honestly, that logic doesn't make sense to be fair. And I don't mean to be all in your face or seem angry, but I reckon most other staff would agree with me. Besides, on my last application, Dusk asked me "Mass RDM-Depending on severity? To what extent?" so to avoid them, I included them in my application. And now that is a downfall to my application? That doesn't add up, Chickens.

1) NyanMaru said it was wrong in your previous app?
2) I never said it was that one that was lacking detail.
3) It's really dumb to go against my decision
