Why would you be a good member of staff?: I think I would be good for staff because. I am a nice, kind, person who loves to help people! I have quite a lot of experience being staff on 6 different servers. Also I have been playing jailbreak for a year now. So I know all the rules.
I have also helped out the server so far by making the website banner.

[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: I would gag him for 2 rounds.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: It really depends on how much RDM he did. If he killed the whole team I would permanently ban him.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: I would warn him then tell him to be more careful and that he should aim away from the prisoners or holster his weapon.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: Immediately ban them permanently.
[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: I would talk to them privately to stop. If they continue, I would take it higher.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: I would ban him for 2 days.
Do you promise to always be friendly to players and that being staff isn't just about punishing people?: I will always remember to have fun. Also to be a nice member to the community at all times.
Do you understand the responsibility of being a staff?: Yes. It is a serious responsibility that is not to be taken as a joke.
