I think Watchers should get more CMD's, I'm not sure I know xX_Cobra_Xx Is a Watcher and I think 15/23 Votes to kick someone wont let you kick someone is stupid. (My Opinion)
I think giving more chance to Operators would be a lot easier for them to do their jobs, I'm not speaking for my self, I'm speaking to people who are new to being Admin/Mod to servers, and helping them out.
(As I did own TTT server + DarkRP server)

Watchers will not get ban. It is a small rank earned by playing lots, having ban would lead to abuse. However the ratio of votes needed to succeed will be lowered.
