Why would you be a good member of staff?: I would keep the server safe from RDM'ERS. [Roughly]When did you start playing UG?: 2 months ago.  
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: First i would !gag and explain that he/she can't spam their mic because it annoys people, if he/she continues to spam his/her mic i will !gag for 1 hour and if it continues after that i will kick him/her for 20 minutes.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: if it is intentional i would ban him/her for 1 week to permanent depending on severity and if it is accidental i would ban him/her for 1 day. [DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: If he/she accidentally RDMs someone i would warn him/her and if it happens again i would slay him/her. [DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: If i saw somebody using hacks on the server i would get their name and Permanently ban him/her.
[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: I would !gag the member of staff and slap him/her 100 times with 0 damage then i would say for them to stop being too harsh to the user's, if they continued i would report him/her and get him/her demoted for being way too harsh to the players.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: If i catch a player intentionally RDM somebody i would ban him/her for 2 days.
