Why would you be a good member of staff?:I am friendly and welcoming but I will deal with rule breakers appropriately but calmly also I am active and other staff members agree that I am capable of being a staff member.

1[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?:If they were mic spamming then I would gag them until I think it is appropriate to ungag and if they were chat spamming then I would mute them because mute stops them from accessing chat and mic.
2[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?:If it was accidental then I would ban them for one day and if it was intentional then I would go from 1 week to permanent ban depending on the severity.
3[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?:I would warn them and explain the rules of rdm and why it is bad, finally if they didn't stop I would slay them.
4[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?:A permanent ban because any type of hacking is unacceptable in the gaming community and it can really ruin the fun for others.
5[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?:?:I would tell them to calm down and what they are doing is not called for because some people forget what they are doing sometimes and as a staff member you need to keep calm and be polite.
6[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?:I would ban them for 2 days because they know the rules and have chosen to break them.
Do you promise to always be friendly to players and that being staff isn't just about punishing people?:Yes being staff is not about fun it is making it fun for others and being friendly not punishing everyone.                                           Do you understand the responsibility of being a staff?:Yes it is a big part to be staff so you should be responsible.
Have you read the Offences and Punishment guide?:Yes I have read them a lot of times.
Have you read the VIP Handbook?:Yes I have read the VIP Handbook and have found it very useful.

How long would you gag a person if they played music on the microphone?

10-20 mins like a warning at first then for a hour
