Why would you be a good member of staff?: I would be a good staff member because I am on the server constantly, I do have a mic most admins don't have a mic. I am already a watcher.

[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer? Number one: ask him/her to stop, if not complied i would gag them for 5 minutes, if they still continue i would mute them for mic spam.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMER?A ban of 7 days or 14 on the mass, if the vote was a yes i would comply because the players word is number one.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally kills a prisoner?: I would warn them telling them not to do it again, if they did it again a slay. The if he still rdm a 1 day ban
[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks? A would be a permant ban
[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh? ask them to step down think about it, and tell them to read the rules and see if they have broke any. I would ask if i could step in
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that does 1 rdm but they did so intentionally. A 2 day ban, and tell them why.

I have been a watcher for a very long time, i have seen lots of rdms, micspam all sorts. I couldn't do anything to do about it the micspam would spam i would make votes to ban or kick for the rdm but it would never pass. I am one of the most friendly player you can ask anyone on the server about me and them would always say good things about me.
