Why would you be a good member of staff?: I visit the server often and other peers have agree that I have a good sense of morality.
[Roughly]When did you start playing UG?: Around the begining of december 2013.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mic spammer?: !gag warn the person who is spamming then !ungag  and if they did it again I would !gag them for an hour.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: A weeks ban <-> permanent ban regarding the severity so that we have little to no RDM.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person who accidentally RDMs a prisoner?: For a start I would warn them about RDM and explain the rules for gaurds killing prisoners but if they repeatedly RDMed I would use the !slay cmooand on the RMDer.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with someone using speed hacks?: No questions asked, it would have to be a permanent ban because this is hacking and the unknown gaming community does not tolerate said behaviour.
[DETAIL]What would you do if you saw another member of staff being too harsh?: I would remind them about the rules and explain specifically to him/her where he/she went wrong so that they don't break the rules again.
[DETAIL]How would you deal with a person that intentionally RDM'd a prisoner?: If the RDMer made it specific that they were intentionally RDMing I would give them a 2 day ban to help cut down on RDM and to teach the RDMer that he can't just break the rules and do what he see's fit.
Do you promise to always be friendly to players and that being staff isn't just about punishing people?: Yes, I promise and agree to these terms.
Do you understand the responsibility of being a staff?: Yes, I understand.
Have you read the Offences and Punishment guide?: Yes and I have taken the severity of actions required when a player is breaking the rules into account.
